ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К РЕШЕНИЮ ПРОБЛЕМЫ НАДЕЖНОСТИ ЭЛЕКТРОСНАБЖЕНИЯ

В статье рассмотрены причины возникновения проблемы надежности внешнего электроснабжения потребителей, получающих питание от сетевых компаний. Проведен критический анализ традиционных и альтернативных решений проблемы. Сформулированы требования и предложены новые принципы решения проблемы обеспечения надежности электроснабжения, требующие глубокого анализа ее экономических причин и учета индивидуальных особенностей всех субъектов электроэнергетики.

THE REQUIREMENTS TO SOVLING OF THE PROBLEM OF RELIABILITY IN ENERGY PROCUREMENT

The paper analyses the reasons of the origination of the problem of reliability of external energy procurement of consumers, using the power of power grid companies. The paper presents the critical analysis of the traditional and alternative ways of solving this problem. The paper articulates the requirements and new principles of solving the problem of reliability of energy supply, which require deep analysis of its economic reasons and consideration of individual features of all the parties in power energy sector.
