В данной статье авторы рассматривают подходы к реализации пилотных проектов в сфере создания интеллектуальных энергетических систем на базе территорий опережающего развития. Рассмотрены основные функциональные особенности создаваемых интеллектуальных энергосистем и предложены способы организации пилотных проектов, наиболее способствующие их полезности для дальнейшего распространения решений.

TERRITORIES OF ADVANCED DEVELOPMENT AS THE GROWTH AREAS IN SMART ENERGY

The paper analyses the approaches to the realization of the pilot projects in the area of intellectual energy systems development based on the territories of advanced development. The paper analyses the main functional features if the developed smart energy systems and proposes the ways of the organization of the pilot projects, leading to their utility for further distribution of solutions.
