АКТУАЛИЗАЦИЯ ЭНЕРГЕТИЧЕСКОЙ СТРАТЕГИИ МОСКВЫ НА ПЕРИОД ДО 2030 ГОДА

В статье приведены результаты работы, выполненной Институтом энергетической стратегии (с участием соисполнителей) по заказу Департамента ТЭХ Правительства г. Москвы, посвященной новому подходу к перспективному развитию энергетики мегаполиса с учетом присоединенных территорий.
Целевой сценарий развития энергетической инфраструктуры Новой Москвы базируется на использовании методологии «умного» города (Smart City) и «умной» энергетической системы (Smart Grid) с обоснованием рационального объема централизованной и распределенной генерации, координации систем электро-, тепло- и газоснабжения и необходимых мер по обеспечению надежности и социальной эффективности энергоснабжения мегаполиса.

UPDATE OF MOSCOW'S ENERGY STRATEGY FOR THE PERIOD UP TO THE YEAR 2030

The article presents the results of the work performed by the Institute of energy strategy (co-executors) at the request of the Department of TECH the government of Moscow, devoted to a new approach to future energy development of the metropolis taking into account the annexed territories.
Target scenario of development of the energy infrastructure of New Moscow is based on the methodology used smart city (Smart City) and intelligent energy system (Smart Grid) with the rational justification of the amount of centralized and distributed generation, coordination of systems of electricity, heat and gas supply and the necessary measures to ensure the reliability and social efficiency of energy supply of the metropolis.
