ПЛАН ГОЭЛРО И ВОЗОБНОВЛЯЕМЫЕ ИСТОЧНИКИ ЭНЕРГИИ

Статья посвящена истории использования возобновляемых источников энергии в России с выделением ключевых моментов, связанных с планом ГОЭЛРО и местом ВИЭ в его осуществлении, а также идеями использования ВИЭ, выдвинутыми в 1920-е – 1930-е годы. Выделены основные этапы развития энергетики на основе ВИЭ в России с учетом перспектив отечественной возобновляемой энергетики в XXI веке. Рассматривается и оценивается актуальность и возможность использования подходов ГОЭЛРО применительно к развитию энергетики на основе ВИЭ в России в наше время с учетом нынешней экономико-технологической и геополитической специфики.

THE PLAN OF GOELRO AND RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES

The article is devoted to the history of the use of renewable energy sources in Russia with the release of the key points related to the plan of electrification (GOELRO plan) and renewable energy sources place in its implementation, as well as the use of renewable energy ideas put forward in the 1920s-1930s. Illustrates the main stages of development of energy from renewable energy sources in Russiataking into account the prospects development of the national renewable energy sources in the 21st century.Review and assess the relevance and the possibility of using GOELRO plan approaches in relation to the development of energy from renewable energy sources in Russia todayin view of the current economic and technological, and geopolitical specificity.
