Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure you carefully read and adhere to all the guidelines to authors provided below. Manuscripts not conforming to these guidelines may be returned.
1. The first page of the manuscript, should
contain:
- thetitle of article;
- an author information, including academic degree, e-mail,
contact phone etc.;
- an abstract of 400-600 characters (an additional version
in the author's native language may also be included) and
5-10 keywords;
- the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC) code.
2. An Article should be organized in the sequence: introduction,
problem statement,main part; conclusions.Only electronic
files conforming to the guidelines will be accepted. Preferred
formats for the text and tables of your manuscript are MS
Word. The text should be typed in 12 point Times New Roman,
1.5 line spacing, with margins of 2 cm top, bottom, left
and right. Page numbers should be placed at the bottom right
hand corner of the page.
3. Article volume is 10-15 standard pages (usually not more
than 30000 characters), including references, tables and
figures.
4. Tables should be with 1.5 line spacing, font 11.All tables
should be numbered with Arabic numerals. Headings should
be placed above tables, left justified. Leave one line space
between the heading and the table.
5. Equations and formulae should be typed and numbered consecutively
with Arabic numerals in parentheses on the right hand side
of the page (if referred to explicitly in the text)

They should also be separated from the surrounding text
by one space.
6. Illustrations should be attached in electronic form.
Figures should avoid unnecessary details. Lines in the figures
should be clear (5-6 pix), the width of the drawings - not
exceed 140 mm, height - 200 mm. Font in the figure is Times
New Roman (9-10 pt). Figures should be black and white,
with different types of shading (step size, allowing further
reduction). Figure numbering should be in the order that
they are first cited in the text and as close as possible
to their first citation. Figure should be referred in the
text by Figure 1, Figure 2 and so on.
7. Captions for figures and tables use font size 12pt with
line spacing 1.5.
8. If the language of an article is Russian, the text, pictures,
tables and other graphic materials should be translated
into Russian, with the exception of common terms and notations.
9. References should be listed at the end of the paper,
and numbered in the order of their appearance in the text.
They should be numbered consecutively in Arabic numeralsin
the following order: name and initials of the author (s),
full title of the book/article, place of publication, publisher,
year of publication; for periodicals - surname, initials
of the author, article title, journal title, year, volume,
number, pages.Inside the text references are given in square
brackets: [1, p. 46].
10. Manuscripts are not returned.
11. Publications are free of charge.
